Three brothers rowing the Atlantic Ocean

Rowing 3,000 miles from La Gomera to Antigua.

We will take part in the premier event in ocean rowing. The annual race starts in early December, with up to 30 teams participating from around the world.

The Challenge

In December 2022 Louis, Felix and Finn Ambrose will attempt to row 3,000 miles unaided from La Gomera to Antigua, in what is considered to be the world’s toughest rowing race across the world’s second largest ocean.

We will row 2 hours on, 1 hour off, 24 hours a day for over a month and will lose 20% of their body mass whilst eating 10,000 calories a day.

Who We Are

We are three brothers from the New Forest; Louis (right), Felix (middle) and Finn (left). We have always enjoyed the outdoors and challenging ourselves, and see this as the ultimate test of physical and mental endurance. We also see this as an amazing opportunity to raise a substantial amount of money for our chosen charity.

The Charity

The boys will be rowing for Tusk, a charity focused on progressive wildlife initiatives across Africa
