×ÔοÊÓƵ the AmericasBarometer 2012 round of surveys
This round has the broadest coverage to date of the AmericasBarometer, including 26 countries and over 41,000 interviews. All of the data are available for free world wide access in SPSS and STATA along with the questionnaires for each country (the core module is standard for all countries, but in each country country-specific items were asked) and technical information. Subscribers receive additional merged files, Stata codes and technical support.
This round includes a special series of items on discrimination, as well as new or expanded items covering the role of the military, international image, attitudes toward China, the role of the state, and a more refined measurement of religious affiliation and adherence. In most countries the sample size was again 1,500, but in Bolivia it was 3,000.
